Our warehouse always intends to pick the order from the same batch and therefore would not expect these to differ in shade. In regards to the edges of the tile, as these are not full-bodied porcelain tiles the biscuit may differ in colour. If you would like to discuss this further with our customer service team please contact us.

Do you have a light grout to match these?
Our advice: Ultracolor Manhattan SKU: 6011005A could be used with this project. We do not have a direct match however this would be the closest.

Do these become slippy when wet?
Our advice: We would expect any tile to increase its slip when it comes into contact with water. We would suggest ordering a free sample to test the grip of the tile in person.

What colour grout was used in the promo picture
Our advice: This is a computer-generated image that doesn't account for any grout joints. In order to achieve a similar look we would advise using our Ultracolor Silver Grey 111 Flexible Grout 2kg SKU: 6011102A

Are these strong enough for a driveway
Our advice: Yes, this product would be suitable for the driveway so long as this is installed onto a solid sub-base using correct installation materials such as adhesive and grout.

Can you supply these cut to size.? I want to use them as coping on a small retaining wall so would want each tile cut into 3 equal pieces.
Our advice: We are sorry; we do not have a cutting service. The tiles can be cut, however, using a diamond-tipped wet-wheel cutter that is large enough to fully support the weight of the tile.
Tile Mountain uses a third-party courier for its deliveries and is governed by their costs. The actual cost of a palletised delivery is around £60 (depending on the area being delivered to). We subsidise this cost as much as we can on orders below £250, but we cannot waive the full amount. You are more than welcome to collect the tiles from our warehouse in Stoke-On-Trent if this is a suitable option for you.
